The DiCarlo family has been in the grocery store business for over 50 years. As the 3rd generation to continue running the family business, that their father and grandfather began in 1966, brothers Mike and Paul work together and run the store.
AISLE 2
The pasta aisle and highlights a wide variety of Italian pasta brands including Sono Toscano, Rusta Kela, Maserale, Martelli, and De Cecco. The aisle also features a dedicated gluten-free pasta section with options like Farabella. Alongside the pasta, you’ll find pizza and pasta sauces including Mutti, Campbell DiVora from Sicily, and a selection of pesto sauces. The second half of the aisle is stocked with tomatoes and sauce ingredients from brands like Mutti, Regga, Lavalle, Skofani, and Pastine.

AISLE 3
You’ll find bottles from all 20 regions of Italy, including popular areas like Tuscany and Piedmont, as well as hidden gems from Basilicata, Molise, and Val d’Aosta. Paul explains what makes the wine program special, from helpful wine tags with QR codes to Saturday wine tastings from 11 AM to 4 PM. Whether you’re a fan of Barolo and Chianti or curious to explore lesser-known regions, Jimmy’s has something for every Italian wine lover. AISLE 5
In this Aisle 5 video from Jimmy’s Food Store, you’ll get a look at some of the most iconic ingredients in Italian cooking. The aisle features a wide selection of Italian olive oils including Sajica, Partana, Borghese (exclusive to Jimmy’s), and Nona Luigi. You’ll also find balsamic vinegars aged from 1 to 20 years, perfect for finishing any dish. Antipasto favorites like olives, peppers, and the Cinto hoagie spread, along with a curated selection of fresh cheeses such as mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, scomorza, and ricotta. The aisle continues into imported fresh pasta and sauces, including options from Sepori and Leuzzi, as well as house-made marinara, vodka, and alfredo. Deli
From house-made Italian sausages in hot, mild, and no-fennel varieties to hard-to-find items like Bregole meat and Taylor pork roll, Jimmy’s offers a wide selection you won’t find anywhere else in Dallas. The deli also features premium steaks, pancetta, guanciale, prosciutto, and a variety of cheeses like Parmigiano-Reggiano, Asiago, and Gorgonzola. You’ll also see sandwiches like meatball, sausage, and Italian beef heroes, as well as Chicago-style Giardiniera, sport peppers, Botarga, and even caviar. Plus, a full lineup of Italian and imported beers. Jeff may prefer the kitchen over the camera, but his passion for serving customers shines through every word.
